For dinner Melissa chose Baked Potatoes - 1 medium baked potato, Butter - Light Soft Spread, Chicken - 1 Roasted Breast, Pepper - 1 dash pepper, Salt - 1 dash salt, Sour Cream - Reduced Fat Sour Cream, Water - 1 cup (8 fl oz) water. For snack Melissa chose Popcorn - Caramel Coated Popcorn with Peanuts, Potato Chips - 1 oz potato chip, Water - 1 cup (8 fl oz) water.
