What is Find a Pro?

Our 'Find A Pro" feature will soon become available to all visitors via which they will be able to search for healthclubs, fitness and nutrition professionals in their home location. 

Who should enroll in the 'Find A Pro' list?

If you are a health and fitness professional or a manager/owner of a fitness club then you should consider joining our list gain exposure from our local as well as a global audience. Our 'Find A Pro' platform was built with fitness professionals in mind and our primary objective is to connect you with health conscious people from across the world and generate new leads which could translate into more new business for our registered professionals.

Is there a charge to become a member?
To become a member is a simple process and it is free for all. Most of our meal planner features such as save, print, share, favorites and automatic grocery list are available only to members.
Is my information safe with you?

We promise not to share your member email with anyone. We will keep your member information private at all times and will not spam you with any emails.

Do I need to be a member to use the tool and features provided?

Yes, you need to be a registered member in order to use some features of this site such as print, edit, save, grocery list, statistics and meal plan calendar. However, there are other tools such as the Calorie Counter Analysis and Custom Food search which can be freely used by any visitor without having to become a registered member.

What are the benefits to becoming a registered member?

How do I use this meal planner?

Our interactive meal planner is very intuitive and it allows you to select any food item and and create a daily meal plan or a weekly meal plan. In your member admin panel, you will find a quick tutorial video which will guide you on the various features available and how to effectively use them to plan your weekly and monthly meal plans with much ease.

How many meal plans can I create using this meal planner?
You can create unlimited meal plans and use/reuse them as you see fit. Alternatively, you can also adopt meal plans created by other members, which can be found in the "Meals by Members" section.
What is the Analysis Tool?
Analysis tool is where you would start before embarking on your weight loss mission. Using our Analysis tool, you can quickly determine your new caloric limit that you will need to follow in order to achieve your weight loss goals. Your meal plans will be based on your new caloric limit and our system will alert you when any of your meal plans exceed this limit.
Can we add food items that are not found in the database?
Yes, as a registered member you can add as many items as you wish. It is a very simple process and easy to follow. Once you add your items, it automatically gets saved in your list ready for reuse as many times as you wish.
Note: All items you add also get added to our database and will be made available to other users for their use. We thank you for helping us with making our database more useful for all our patrons.
Are the nutrition facts for all food items accurate?

We have used USDA's table for Nutrition Facts for all the food items seen in our database. In some cases, you may find Nutrition Facts shared by our members and those items have been clearly labeled as "Sourced by Member". In all cases, you are advised to verify the validity of the Nutrition Facts and we request you to report any inaccuracy using our "Report Inaccuracy" feature option provided under each item.  We will continue to refine this database as necessary to provide you with more up to date information on Nutrition Facts for all items stored in our database. We thank you in advance for your assistance in pointing out any inaccuracy as this will help others as well.

What is 'Skip Analysis' seen on the Meal Planning Analysis page?

To embark on an effective weight loss mission, you need to first understand where you are and where you would like to be. For this, the analysis step is necessary and by providing us few details about your current weight, height, activity and goal date, our analysis tool can quickly show you what you need to do in order to get to your goal weight by the goal date selected by you. In some cases, you may just want to create a meal plan based on a specific caloric limit, irrelevant to your actual limit, and for this reason we have provided the 'Skip Analysis' feature which will allow you to bypass the analysis step and start planning your meal plans based on the caloric limit chosen by you.
