For lunch Misty chose Apricots - 1 apricot, Cheddar Cheese - 1/4 cup diced cheddar cheese, Peppers - Green Hot Chili Pepper, Sour Cream - Reduced Fat Sour Cream, Tomatoes - 1 cup chopped or sliced, Tortillas - 1 medium tortilla, Water - 1 cup (8 fl oz) water, Water - 16 fl oz Bottled Water. For dinner Misty chose Butter - Honey Butter, Cornbread - Homemade Cornbread, Ham - Extra Lean Ham, Lima Beans - 1/2 cup lima bean, Squash - Crookneck and Straightneck Summer Squash, Water - 16 fl oz Bottled Water. For snack Misty chose Pineapples - 1 cup pineappl, Water - 16 fl oz Bottled Water, Wine - Zinfandel.
