For dinner Colleen chose Broccoli - 1 cup flowerets, ChickenBreast - 1 medium breast, Lettuce - Romaine Lettuce, Olive Oil - 1 tsp olive oil, Ranch Dressing - Light Ranch Dressing. For snack Colleen chose Almonds - 10 almonds, Mozzarella Cheese - 1 Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese Stick.
