For dinner Allison chose Cherry Tomatoes - 1 cup cherry tomato, Couscous - 1 cup couscou, Olive Oil - 1/4 cup olive oil, Tilapia - 1 fillet Cooked Tilapia, Water - 1 cup (8 fl oz) water, Water - 16 fl oz Bottled Water. For snack Allison chose Mozzarella Cheese - 1 Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese Stick, Potato Chips - 1 oz or 1 bag serving, Sodas - Coke Zero, Water - 16 fl oz Bottled Water.
