For lunch meal, Ken chose Mcdonalds - Southern Style Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Water - 1 cup (8 fl oz) water, Water - 16 fl oz Bottled Water. For dinner, Ken chose Chicken Salad - McDonalds Premium Southwest Salad with Grilled Chicken, Salad Dressing - Ranch Dressing, Water - 16 fl oz Bottled Water. For snacks during the day, Ken chose Bananas - 1 large banana, Water - 16 fl oz Bottled Water.
